How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is absolutely free! Orders over $150 are shipped via express services with a tracking number and orders under $150 are shipped via regular postal services without a tracking number.

How long does it take to receive my order? (Lead time)

We don’t keep any products in stock, everything is printed, sublimated and assembled according to your orders. This way, there is no waste or product that will end up in the garbage. Production time is approximately 15 working days. We do everything in our power to deliver them as soon as possible. As soon as the order is completed, it is shipped!

I would like to have my name added to my uniform, is this possible?

Yes, you can do your own personalization. Simply fill in the boxes and we will gladly add the text to your uniform. Please note that personalized clothing is a final sale.

Do you have different lengths for the pants?

Yes, we offer 3 different lengths, short, regular or long!

I would like to have uniforms made for my company, is this possible?

Yes, we can create exclusive designs that reflect your image. Whether it’s adding a simple logo or creating a completely custom design. There is no limit. Please contact us to start the process.

We are a team, can we get a group discount?

Yes, with pleasure! Depending on the number of products you purchase, you could get free customization or a volume discount. Please contact us by email, it will be our pleasure to work with you and make your project a reality.

I received my garment, but the size is not right, what can I do?

We accept exchanges and refunds. Please refer to our return and exchange policy to see how to proceed.

Do promo codes work on clearance products?

No, promotions do not add up unfortunately.

Can I return a product purchased on clearance?

No, all products in the clearance section are final sales, no exchanges or refunds are accepted.

Where do you ship to?

We ship anywhere in Canada and the United States.

I have customized my item, can I return it or exchange it?

Unfortunately no, all custom orders are final sales. We create them for you and therefore, we cannot resell them. There is no possibility of exchange or refund.

Are the customizations embroidered?

No, all our uniforms are sublimated, so the texts are printed with the other colors of your clothes. They will be an integral part of the design. It’s much more comfortable!

Is the lead time longer if I do a customization?

The delay could be slightly longer, but we work very hard to deliver each order as quickly as possible.

I would like to have a unique design. Is this possible?

Yes, absolutely! You can simply send us the information by email. Please include as much information as possible about your request (products, colors, style, logos, references, etc.). Then we will begin the process of creating unique products for you or your group. Once you approve the design, we will produce it for you!

Where are Endorphin Medical products made?

We were manufacturing our products in our own facility in Blainville, Quebec, until December 2022, but with the growing demand and the huge shortage of labor, mainly at the sewing level, we decided to open our own production facility in Mexico. We have over 10 employees on site who are treated very well, they are paid properly, they are unionized, they have insurance, vacation time, they even have access to a doctor right at their work place. Our employees are proud and happy to work for us. All development, design, etc. are still and will remain in Quebec.

In what currency are the prices?

In Canada, our prices are in Canadian dollars. For the United States or any other country, the currency is in American dollars. You don’t have to do anything special, the payment system will recognize where you are coming from and will automatically adjust.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card payments, Visa or MasterCard from all major institutions. We do not store any of your card information; we use the Stripe payment platform and the highest security standards in the industry.
